Learn what has made Superior Recycling an industy leader

Almost three decades ago Gary & Linda Beagell began Gary's U-Pull It, a self-service automotive recycling center in Binghamton, New York. Over the years, Gary and his staff have put together countless ways to remove the fluids from end-of-life vehicles. Through a series of experiments, Gary tried drills, moveable pans, funnels, rolling catch basins, as well as other products that promised to effectively remove fluids from the vehicles.

Ten years ago, Gary had a vision. Drawing from Gary's extensive experience in the industry and his quest for efficiency as well as his mechanical abilities, he set out to create a fluid recovery system that would increase the amount of vehicles processed per day without sacrificing safety and efficiency. In addition to a productivity increase, he also wanted a system that would stay ahead of the increasingly stringent environmental regulations and limit employee handling of automotive fluid.

The result is Superior Recycling Solutions' (SRS) Fluid Recovery System, a system designed by auto recyclers for auto recyclers. Constructed to withstand the abuses of the industry, its simple design allows fluid technicians to move freely around and underneath the vehicles while draining them. In the past eight years of use, their system has processed over 100,000 vehicles.

Looking toward the future, SRS is dedicated to supplying the automotive industry with safe, efficient, and environmentally sound products to help boost production and protect the environment.
